Alumasc Precision Limited is the primary castings and components business of the Alumasc Group plc. Alumasc Precision itself is comprised of three business sites in the UK. In Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire we have our head office and the Alumasc Precision Components foundry and machine shops. In Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire we have our Dyson Diecasting Plant, which also has extensive casting and finishing facilities.

Across these sites we employ hundreds of skilled, dedicated engineers, technicians and foundry staff. We specialise in supplying aluminium die cast components into a number of different markets including automotive, commercial vehicle, telecommunications, lighting, electronics, defence and general engineering.

All die casting processes are available including High-Pressure Casting, Low-Pressure Casting and Gravity Fed. There is also the added benefit of sand castings, ideal for pre-production prototypes and small batch quantities.

Alumasc has invested heavily in computer technology to extend quality, flexibility and speed. We are able to interchange all types of CAD information with our clients, simulate casting processes and deeply investigate quality control before any product is released to clients.

The foundries are complemented by extensive CNC machining capabilities, assembly and finishing, which enables Alumasc to supply fully finished components to point of use where required.

We have fostered long term relationships with blue chip manufacturers and integrators across all industries. We have put in place high speed internet connections throughout our sites and welcome partnering opportunities that are mutually beneficial.

The manufacturing facilities have quality approval to TS16949 and ISO14001 accreditation.
